WHAT IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

A Virtual Assistant will help a variety of businesses with an assortment of tasks - see Services. They are not employed by the businesses they support, therefore saving overhead costs. They work 'virtually' in a remote location - saving the need to provide them with a physical office location.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

You can contact us by email, phone or via video call, such as Zoom. You can book a 15 free minute discovery call with Laura straight away - you choose the date and time! We will discuss your contact preferences moving forward.

CAN WE MEET IN PERSON?

Local face to face meetings can take place, however travel time will be charged at the hourly rate.

Meetings online such as Zoom and Teams are available.

IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR HOURLY RATES?

Yes, there is a 2 hour minimum for adhoc hours. 

WHY SHOULD I OPT FOR THE MONTHLY RETAINER PACKAGES?

With a monthly retainer package, you are guaranteeing our team services for the amount of time you have purchased.

You also receive weekly updates on the amount of hours used and what you have left - just in case you need a top up!

HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF THE TASKS YOU ARE COMPLETING?

We use Toggl which correctly and accurately keeps track of the amount of time spent working on tasks and projects. 

When you opt for a monthly retainer package, you will receive a weekly update too, letting you know just where the team are at with your tasks.

HOW DO I SHARE DOCUMENTS?

Sending work to us in a secure way is simple! You choose a way which is best for you.

Email or drive sharing is ideal.

When you need us to log in to various accounts, just let us know your user name and passwords.

If the team need to send emails on your behalf or have access to your online calendar, its just one step to share it with us.

ARE YOU GDRP COMPLIANT?

Yes, Laura Rachel Virtual Assistant is ICO registered and compliant with data protection.

Insurances are in place and internet security protection is up to date.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Yes, prior to work commencing, you will be asked to read through an Agreement with Terms & Conditions. Payment of your first invoice accepts those.

It's important to have an agreement in place so we both understand our expectations.
